Professional Service Representative / Customer Service

The Company is looking for persons to work as a Professional Service Representative / Customer Service. The position involves answering telephone inquires, taking orders and data entry. Positions are full-time with hourly compensation. Consider the positive working environment at CYNACON/OCuSOFT! First, you will be working in a professional environment communicating and interacting with doctor's offices and clinics. You see, to our customers we are considered information providers. You will be equipped from the start with a comprehensive training program which not only reviews our products, but covers basic anatomy of the eye. You will operate as a trained professional in the field of pharmaceuticals for eye care. We are even expanding into the field of pediatrics.

As an information provider, you will need to review products and specials with our customers. In addition, we offer free samples for many of our products--and just about everybody likes getting something for free! Office hours are 8:30 am-5:30 pm with one early/late day per week (to allow for different time zones) and no weekends!

To work as a Professional Service Representative / Customer Service, you must be personable and have a minimum high school diploma or its equivalency . You should also be someone who pays careful attention to detail. You will have the choice of working full, part-time or flex-time. For women with small children, this can be a real advantage.
