These re-useable packs are made of soft pliable that will heat to 130F in 10-15 seconds with the press of a button. To re-use, simply immerse the heat pack in water and bring to a boil, reduce heat an simmer for 10-20 minutes or until completely clear. After treatment, allow heat packs to dry and cool to room temperature before reuse.
