OCuSOFT, Inc. Names Ed Shelton

As Vice President of Sales

Rosenberg, TX (October 7, 2011) – OCuSOFT, Inc., an ophthalmic research, development and supply company today announced a strategic shift in their Executive Team with the appointment of Ed Shelton as Vice President of Sales.

Mr. Shelton, based in Collierville, Tennessee, has over 25 years of experience in the ophthalmic pharmaceutical and device industry including sales of contact lenses, surgical products as well as pharmaceuticals. He most recently served as OCuSOFT’s Vice President of Special Projects assisting the President and Chairman on a variety of industry issues.

During this transition, Rose Mary Martinez will relinquish many of her duties as the former Vice President of Sales to assume her new role as Vice President of Sales Operations. She will focus on improving efficiencies and productivity in OCuSOFT’s day-to-day sales operations while continuing to oversee the Inside Sales/Customer Service Department. With their combined leadership, Mr. Shelton and Ms. Martinez will not only strengthen OCuSOFT’s growing Sales Team, but its core infrastructure as well.
