OCuSOFT, Inc. Breaks Ground at Construction Site
of New Campus in Rosenberg, Texas

Richmond, TX (April 14, 2011) – On April 13, 2011, OCuSOFT, Inc. held a Groundbreaking Ceremony to officially kick off construction of its new corporate headquarters at 30444 Southwest Freeway in Rosenberg, Texas.
The 20-acre project will consolidate all existing operations into one location and include a 70,000 square feet campus with three buildings and additional room for expansion. Initial plans for the campus feature an atrium, fitness center, banquet-sized common areas, full-service kitchen and deep well dock for freight to name a few.
"The new OCuSOFT campus is a dream come true for all of us,” said Cynthia L. Barratt, President/CEO of OCuSOFT, Inc. “We know that the sheer logistics will improve efficiencies and productivity. It will be wonderful to have the Team together again under one roof.”
Over 50 people were in attendance including mayoral candidate Vincent Morales, members of the Central Fort Bend Chamber Alliance, local business leaders as well as OCuSOFT Board Members and several other members of the OCuSOFT Team.
Partners in this project include Gerald Andrews with GRA-Gulf Coast Construction, Joe Milton with Milton Architects and Philip Gonzales with Wells Fargo Bank.
