Richmond, TX (September 15, 2010) – Cynthia L. Barratt, President of OCuSOFT, Inc. is pleased to announce a joint venture sales-marketing agreement between OCuSOFT, Inc. and Ardeo Health, LLC.
OCuSOFT, Inc. is an ophthalmic research, development and supply company with an established reputation for innovation, particularly in the area of Ocular Surface Disease (OSD). Ardeo Health, led by Robert “Bob” Sykora, R.Ph., is chartered to develop new products through a combination of licensing as well as product and technology acquisition. In addition to his role as President of Ardeo Health, Mr. Sykora will serve as Vice President, Product Development & Technology Acquisition for OCuSOFT. Through his dual roles, Mr. Sykora will be able to facilitate the integration of products between the two companies.
Mr. Sykora most recently served as Vice President of Prescription Drugs and New Business Development with Advanced Vision Research. Throughout his career, Mr. Sykora has held positions in many executive capacities within the pharmaceutical industry ranging from product and business development to sales and marketing management.
