Agreement with Scope Ophthalmics for UK and Irish Markets

Rosenberg, TX (December 9, 2011) – OCuSOFT, Inc., an ophthalmic pharmaceutical research, development and supply company is pleased to announce an agreement with Scope Ophthalmics of London, UK to exclusively distribute and market its #1 Doctor Recommended Brand of Eyelid Cleansers, OCuSOFT Lid Scrub, to the ophthalmic market in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Founded in 2009, Scope Ophthalmics is the leading distributor of innovative ophthalmic products in the UK. With offices located in London and Dublin as well as established relationships in the ophthalmic community, the company already has a significant presence in both UK and Irish markets. Under this new agreement, Scope will add OCuSOFT Lid Scrub Original and OCuSOFT Lid Scrub PLUS Extra Strength Eyelid Cleansers to its expanding portfolio of products for Ocular Surface Disease.
