OCuSOFT, Inc. Announces Exclusive Distribution Agreement

with Young Medical Nutrition, Inc.

Rosenberg, TX (September 19, 2011) – OCuSOFT, Inc., an ophthalmic pharmaceutical research, development and supply company is pleased to announce an agreement with Young Medical Nutrition to exclusively distribute and market OCuSOFT’s botulinum toxin enhancing medical food, ZYTAZE, to dispensing dermatologists and cosmetic surgeons in the United States.
 
Young was founded in 1977 as a developer of customized medications for dispensing physicians and is now a leading supplier of medical skin care products nationwide.  While Young will have exclusivity in dermatology and cosmetic plastic surgery, OCuSOFT® will remain the sole distributor of ZYTAZE in all other specialties, specifically ophthalmology where the company already has a significant presence and reputation for quality eye care products.
