February 25, 2008 (Richmond, Texas) CYNACON / OCuSOFT (OCuSOFT, Inc.) specializing in ophthalmic research, development and supply to ophthalmologists and optometrists, today announced senior management changes at the Company.  First, Patrick Witham has left the Company by mutual agreement.  Patrice Sutherland will now assume the position of Executive Vice-President succeeding him.

Ms. Sutherland leaves Sanofi-Aventis (SA), a mega Pharma company with revenues of $33B, after 10 years there in order to assume these new responsibilities.  Ms. Sutherland graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Chemical Engineering.  She subsequently served 8 years in the military, including Desert Storm-Iraq leaving as a Captain.  She worked briefly as an engineer before entering the pharmaceutical industry.  Rising rapidly, her last position at SA was as a Regional Sales Director with managerial responsibility for some 100 people.  Ms Sutherland is also completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Rice University with emphasis on Finance & Operations.

OCuSOFT is also pleased to announce the addition of Walter Prado as Vice-President of Business Development. Mr. Prado will be working closely with the President and Chairman on new business opportunities both in the U.S. and internationally. He is a graduate of the University of Houston and also comes to OCuSOFT from SA where he worked as an Executive Territory Manager.  Walter, too, has a military background having served in the U.S. Navy leaving as a Lieutenant Commander in Surface Warfare.  Walter expects to receive his MBA from Rice University in May 2008.
