OCuSOFT® Inc., dba CYNACON/OCuSOFT® a distributor of ophthalmic solutions and supplies, announced today the signing of joint Marketing Agreement with Odyssey Medical, Inc., manufacturer of the patented ParasolT Punctual Occluders. The Agreement which is described by executives at both companies as "far-reaching", involves the co-marketing of each other's product lines with special emphasis toward the care and management of Dry Eye Syndrome and other related Dry Eye conditions. |
CYNACON/OCuSOFT® is most known for its OCuSOFT® Lid Scrub, a patented cleansing solution for the eyelid area, however, the company has recently introduced a gel for use in the treatment of Dry Eye, and has other products in development. Cynthia Barratt, President of OCuSOFT® Inc. states "We are excited about working with Odyssey and benefiting from their proprietary Micro-Molding™process which gives the Odyssey Occluders their unique high quality.
