OCuSOFT Inc. Named a 2026 Women-Led Top Workplace

ROSENBERG, Texas (September 30, 2026) – OCuSOFT Inc., a privately held eye and skin care company with an established reputation for innovation in eyelid hygiene and ocular surface care, is proud to announce that it has been named a 2026 Woman-Led Top Workplaces winner, an honor presented by Top Workplaces in partnership with Innovation Women.

The national recognition celebrates organizations led by women that have built exceptional workplace cultures. OCuSOFT Inc. is among only 157 organizations with fewer than 500 employees being recognized in this year's publication. Unlike many workplace awards, Top Workplaces recognition is based on feedback directly from employees. Award results are determined through the Energage Workplace Survey, which measures employees' experiences and perceptions of their organization and workplace culture.

"This recognition is particularly meaningful because it comes directly from the people who make OCuSOFT Inc. what it is," said Cynthia Barratt, Chief Executive Officer of OCuSOFT Inc. "For 40 years, our employees have been the driving force behind our growth, our innovation and our commitment to serving the eye care community. I am incredibly proud of the organization we have built together and grateful to every member of the OCuSOFT® family who continues to contribute to our success."

Founded in 1986, OCuSOFT Inc. has grown from a small entrepreneurial venture into an organization serving eye care professionals and consumers throughout the United States and beyond. Under the leadership of Cynthia Barratt, the company has continued to expand its capabilities while remaining privately held. Today, OCuSOFT Inc. and its partner companies operate from the Southwest Research & Technology Center campus in Rosenberg, Texas, where specialized teams support research, product development, manufacturing, clinical testing, pharmacy services, medical devices, distribution, marketing and customer support.

The 2026 Woman-Led Top Workplaces recognition adds to OCuSOFT Inc.'s growing list of workplace honors and reflects the company's continued focus on creating an environment where employees can contribute, develop professionally and share in the organization's success.
